What is included in the setup fee?

How long is the contract length?

Our minimum contract length is usually 12 months, however we do offer all our clients a bespoke package offering so please speak to a member of the team who can discuss your specific requirements in more detail.

Are there any additional charges?

We always provide a quotation for you at the beginning which outlines everything that is included as part of your package. If you are looking to use additional modules or would like to use any additional services then a quotation will be provided for you to approve prior to any works being carried out.

Is support included?

Yes, support is included as part of your contract. This includes telephone and email support or we also have an online chat facility. All are available within normal office hours Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm.


How often can I send a campaign?

There are no restrictions on the number of email campaigns you send from the system, however your dedicated account manager can assist with your campaign strategy to ensure that you utilise the system in the most effective way by sending relevant targeted campaigns to specific audiences at the right time.

How many users can we add onto the system?

Up to 10 users are included as part of your basic set up and various user levels can be implemented.

What happens if I hit my usage limits?

Don’t worry we can always provide additional usage on a one off basis for you or if you are regularly hitting your usage limits we can upgrade your account for you.

How can I track my campaign?

ATTAINA provides full tracking and analytics across all your campaigns including opens, clicks, link tracking, unsubscribes, views and more indepth reporting via the single customer view.


How do we add in new data contacts?

This can be done in a variety of ways. There is an option to add contacts directly into your account at an individual level or you can import and export databases via csv files. ATTAINA is also designed to integrate with most systems, contact forms or any other software product that may collect and store data for your business so this can be automated if required. It’s worth chatting through this with a member of our team so we are able to provide the best solution for your business.

Is there out of hours support?

Out of hours support is available in the event of an emergency but may be chargeable subject to the nature of the support.

Is training provided?

Yes, full training is included as part of the account set up.


Will I have an Account Manager?

Yes, all our clients are provided with a dedicated Account Manager who will be assigned to you as soon as your account is activated.

Can I use different templates within my account?

Yes, alongside any bespoke templates you may have within your account, ATTAINA also provide a variety of generic templates for you to choose from including a HTML option.
